Here’s Topshell for Windows Vista SP2 RTM 64-Bit Only, Final Version of Sp2 which was released to msdn/technet ppl first and will be made public soon.

This is for 64-Bit Only. Backup original shell32.dll which is located in system32 folder and place the one you downloaded in there and you should have topshell, tested on both my pc and laptop.
